Cholesterol is a fat comes from animals based foods like Ghee, Milk, Dahi, Mash & Fried foods taken by us.
Cholesterol in the form of
LDL, HDL, Triglycerides, VLDL numbers vary by age group and s*x, but normally men aged 20yrs older--- the total cholesterol is less than 200,, LDL - 100,,, HDL-75,, Triglycerides -180 VLDL (very low density LIPOPROTIEN ) is a type of Fat (Triglycerides) made up of lipoprotein & fats is less than 30 mg/dl.
Conclusion -
Higher Cholesterol means risk of Heart disease is greater as level increase.
Treatment/ Precautions:-
To minimize the Intake of fatty foods- fried
To do exercise, morning - evening walk
To do light yoga.
To take green vegetable, anwla, hartiki, giloy, ginger, alsi, chulai, olive, akhrot, badam.
To remove the stressful life style.
To take oath to be faithful & socially acceptable thought.
