The entire Universe is created from a Sound. When there was nothing, there was a word/sound. And the sound was šŸ•‰ļø

When we continuously chant AUM, with practice over a period of time, we attune our frequency with the frequency of universe.

The mind becomes calm and manifestation begins. But what is more important is, that it leads to a stage where we are no more chanting AUM, we become AUM!

Isn’t it fascinating how, since childhood, we’ve grown up in a culture where the cure for the most basic problems was never far away?
Cough, cold, sore throatthe solution was always right there… in our kitchen.

Salt.
Turmeric.
Warm water.

No fancy names. No complicated processes. Just simple wisdom passed down by our grandparents and mothers, quietly woven into our daily lives. When the throat felt scratchy or the cold started creeping in, we didn’t rush to a pharmacy. We were asked to gargle. And somehow, it worked.

What’s even more beautiful is that we never questioned it back then. We trusted it. We lived it.
But somewhere with time, convenience, and influence, we slowly drifted away. We began ignoring what our roots taught us and started reaching for pills for even the smallest discomfort.

Ayurveda has always believed that the body has the intelligence to heal — it just needs the right support. And for everyday issues like cough and cold, that support is often already at home.

Do it empty stomach, twice a day.
A pinch of salt + turmeric in lukewarm water, gargled slowly and mindfully, can soothe the throat, reduce inflammation, and support natural healing. Simple. Affordable. Effective.
And very, very Indian.

Maybe it’s time we come back home — to our roots, to our wisdom, to the knowledge our ancestors trusted long before pharmacies existed.

Our mind and body or tools that can help us live a better life. But due to our false identification of self with mind and body, it becomes a trap that doesn’t let us do what we really want to do.

Your body enjoys sleeping extra hour in the morning, but the SELF knows how amazing your entire day goes if you wake up early.

The Mind🤯 listens to the momentary joy that body gives by sleeping extra hour. And since you had been following your mind whole life it gets difficult to do what you really want to do.

šŸ‘‰ Awaken the DISCERNMENT POWER with small activities, by analysing and doing what is needed in the moment instead of what you feel like doing.

Eg. you might like to eat an ice-cream which would give you momentary pleasure for 5 mins maybe, but added calories & obesity for whole day/life.

Choose wisely what should be done

šŸ‘‰ Set an INTENTION! Why do you want to wake up early??? You need to be clear on why is it important for you, what is it going to change for you…. Is there something greater good that will happen if you wake up early that has not been happening till now??? Find out your reason and set that as your intention!

šŸ‘‰ Enhance your DECISION making! Decisions hold immense power. Your strong intention leads to a powerful šŸ’„ decision. No matter what condition… ā€œToo hot, too cold, raining, or whatever excuse, I will stick to my decision of waking up…. Whatever my mind pulls me into…. I will do what I have decided toā€

šŸ‘‰ Pleasures of mind and body are momentary & so are pain! Waking up early would feel painful for few minutes, or for few days but once you set this as a part of your routine….. there is no turning back….. It will happen naturally to you.

šŸ‘‰ā€œAUMā€ is the primordial sound of universe—the vibration from which all existence originates. Chanting it connects us to the creation and the source of life.

šŸ‘‰ā€œAUMā€ is composed of three syllables—A, U, and M—which are seen as representing the three fundamental aspects of the universe:
• A: The waking state (Jagrat) - Represents creation and birth.
• U: The dream state (Swapna) - Represents preservation and sustenance.
• M: The deep sleep state (Sushupti) - Represents dissolution or destruction.
