This Yoga Day didn’t unfold the way I imagined.

The morning began with a quiet walk and a grounding yoga practice — a gentle way to mark a day that means so much to me.

But by the time I reached the hotel… my body gave up.
I fell sick.
We missed our flight.
And spent the day resting and simply being still.

And honestly… that too was yoga.
Not the kind you post — but the kind that teaches acceptance, patience, and surrender.

Today, yoga didn’t ask me to move — it asked me to pause.
To listen, to slow down, and to care for myself with softness.

So this was my Yoga Day — imperfect, real, and deeply felt.
And maybe, just maybe, that’s the most yogic thing of all. 🧡

A morning filled with good weather, breath, smiles and some cake 🧡🧡

After a beautiful practice today, we had a small celebration for 3 years of RashmiYoga.

We stayed in the heart of nature — where the jungle whispered stillness,🌳
the food tasted like earth and care, 🌏
and the air itself reminded us to breathe deeper.🕊️

No clocks, no rush. Just presence. 🕉️
We laughed, we rested, we listened — not to the world, but to ourselves. 🧡

A retreat that felt less like an escape, and more like a homecoming.
Back to the body, back to the breath, back to what truly matters. ☺️☺️
