ARIF (Ayurvedacharya, Chief medical officer ) tells how do we get ill (Physically and Mentally), How to make food as Your Medicine, Learning the right method of living in a healthy environment , Followed by Q $ A Session .

Abhyanga, the traditional Ayurvedic oil massage, is one of the most beneficial self-care rituals, especially during the winter season. In Ayurveda, winter is known to aggravate *Vata dosha*, which is cold, dry, light, and rough in nature. The practice of Abhyanga helps to balance these qualities by providing warmth, moisture, and nourishment to the body, making it an essential part of a healthy winter routine.
During winter, the skin often becomes dry and rough due to the cold weather and low humidity. A daily Abhyanga with warm oil deeply nourishes the skin, keeps it soft, and prevents flakiness. *Sesame oil, known as the “king of oils” in Ayurveda, is the most recommended for winter because of its warming and strengthening properties. Herbal oils like **Mahanarayan taila* or *Ashwagandha taila* can also be used to strengthen muscles, joints, and the nervous system.
The warmth of the oil massage improves *blood circulation*, enhances oxygen supply to tissues, and provides a natural glow to the skin. It also helps in relieving stiffness and joint pain that commonly occur during cold months. Abhyanga supports flexibility and strengthens bones and muscles, making it highly beneficial for those with arthritis or body pain.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day on 21st June 2025, HSCC (India) Ltd. (Hospital Services Consultancy Corporation Limited), in collaboration with Manav Mandir Mission Trust, organized a special Yoga Day program at the Trust's premises in Sarai Kale Khan, New Delhi. The event began with a Mangal Path under the divine guidance of Pujya Gurudev Acharya Shri Roopchandra Ji Maharaj, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. This was followed by an insightful address by Sadhvi Samta Shree Ji, who highlighted the growing relevance of yoga in today’s fast-paced world, emphasizing its role in achieving balance and inner peace.
The yoga session was conducted by Dr. Gaurav Jain, who led participants through various yoga asanas and breathing techniques aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being. Dr. Shankar Goenka addressed the gathering and spoke about the mission, values, and ongoing work of Manav Mandir Mission Trust, especially its efforts in education, character-building, and community service.
