Lu 4 point of lung meridian in acupressure can increase the oxygen level of the body. Please press this point as shown in figure for 2 to 3 minutes by giving repetitive pressure 4 to 5 times in a day.

Normal oxygen level of the body should up equal or more than 95%. If oxygen level is between 88 to 92% continue with respiratory assessment and monitoring. For oxygen level between between 85 to 90% one can go for oxygen therapy but if oxygen level is below 85% one should immediately need medical care.

P.s. It is a preventive measure, if your oxygen level is very low and u are feeling uncomfortable please visit to your near medical emergency immediately.
