As a nutritionist, I deeply value what yoga can do — for the body, the gut, and the mind 🌿🍀✅

I’m not fully into the practice yet. I feel yoga asks for a certain inner stillness — and I’m learning to find mine.

So far, it’s just Surya Namaskar… and that one beautiful aerial yoga session I tried (and want more of!).

Well, on my recent travels, I found myself with a bowl of curd – simple, probiotic-rich, but missing a little something. 🤔

💡 The Fix? I always carry a small stash of nuts 🥜 because they:

✅ Boost protein & healthy fats
✅ Add crunch & flavor
✅ Keep you fuller for longer

With just a handful of almonds & walnuts, my bowl of curd turned into a power-packed, gut-friendly meal 🥄 – perfect for energy on the go! 🚀
