Today is Mental Health Day!!
It is VERY important to keep a check of your mental health. Usually, we either ignore it or we don't know whom to approach to!!
If you feeling trapped, confined, unable to socialize, unable to express yourself, low in self-esteem - time to go and talk to someone!
We usually think what the other person will think when we are going to approach them, there is social stigma attached to it. BUT, it is ALWAYS better to consult/talk to someone with whom you are comfortable with. Try to express how you feel, what bothers you. There is a solution to everything. Anyone who loves you truly, will not judge you.
It is OKAY to be yourself, it is absolutely fine to express how you feel, what is going inside you. Don’t judge yourself, ask for HELP if there is a need!
Start doing yoga or some form of physical activity, start doing things which makes you happy, start developing some hobby (maybe cooking, gardening, reading books). Try to connect yourself with spiritual power. Do meditation. But all this is possible when we are in correct state of mind.
If you have problem with some person, some emotions are hurting you – fear, guilt, anger, loss of your loved ones, emotional baggage of what has happened in the past – let it go. Forgive and detach yourself.
It is very important to love yourself first than loving others. Its is easier to said than to be done. But TRY, because that is the first step!!
