Hello friends!

In this cold-and-cough season, and with all the pollution in Delhi, I finally found something that actually gave me relief after trying so many home remedies.

I’m using beta gargle, just a small quantity mixed in plenty of water. I do it 3 times a day, and after gargling you should avoid eating anything for a while.

I hope this simple remedy helps you too and gives your throat quick relief. ✨💙
