As is the individual, so is the universe; as is the universe, so is the individual.
The body, like the natural world, is woven from the five elements. When these elements fall out of harmony, so does our health. Seasonal detoxes are nature’s way of realignment—helping us cope with change, boost immunity, and deepen our vitality so we can move through life with ease.
Over nine days, we will bring each element into balance:

Ether (Space): fasting practices to create stillness and spaciousness within

Air: pranayama to steady and regulate the flow of energy

Earth: active asanas and grounding poses to build stability

Fire: twists, turns, and inversions to stoke digestive health and inner strength

Water: Ayurvedic diet and hydration practices to restore fluidity and flow
