Inward Journey
A morning practice with Lifeyoga

You are warmly invited to a gentle gathering in the heart of London - a space to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.

This 90-minute offering is a quiet weaving of movement, breath, and rest:
— A grounding asana practice with Matt Penman ji
— Subtle breathwork with Dr. Varun Veer ji
— Face tapping and a deep yoga nidra with me

Together, we’ll move through layers of awareness - from body to breath, and breath to stillness - guided by the principles of Lifeyoga.

Sunday, 6th July
8:30 AM arrival | 9:00–10:30 AM sadhna practice
Followed by coffee, fresh juices, and quiet conversation

📍Home House, Portman Square, London

This is an invitation to come home - to your breath, your body, your inner quiet.

🌿 Healing begins at the center.

Discover the gentle wisdom of Nabhiyam—an ancient Ayurvedic ritual of navel oiling that nourishes digestion, detoxifies the gut, and restores balance from within. In Ayurveda, the nabhi is not just a physical point; it is the sacred center of life force, where nourishment, intuition, and clarity take root.

Massage with presence. Breathe with gratitude. Let your belly soften into healing.

✨ A daily ritual. A return to self.

Each morning is a gentle reminder to return to balance.
Oil pulling is a simple practice I turn to — a quiet offering to cleanse, ground, and realign with the breath and the body.

🪷 To flush out what no longer serves
🪷 To support the inner fire and oral health
🪷 To begin the day with clarity and calm

May it bring balance to your body, breath, and being.

Abhyasa - It refers to the practice or discipline of achieving a tranquil state of mind and obtaining and keeping a state of harmony within one’s self. To achieve this requires a quiet consistency and dedication: to see change, you need regular practice.
