When we talk of cycles and rhythms, we are not necessarily talking about external time. We are talking about internal clocks. Just as life goes through cycles of up and down, so does our body. The Chinese call the the concept of Yin and Yang. Yin energy is the feminine energy (not the female energy). It is associated with night, period of rest and meditation. Yang energy is the masculine energy which is associated with action and work.

Learn to recognise your energy cycle and flow with it. Life is easy, keep it simple. To flow like an energy do meditation, it helps you release the unwanted anchors that self sabotage you.

We are almost approaching the end of Navratris and it has been a very transformational journey. Today’s message you is to set and assert your boundaries firmly. So be wise and define your boundaries. Be very clear about letting others know about them also. It's not offensive, rather its a better foundation for your relationships.

Whenever you define your boundaries, you create space for yourself to breathe, grow and have healthy relationships.

So love and nurture yourself first and to do that you need to define your boundaries and d**g let others take you for granted.

You cannot serve from an empty cup. You need to take care of yourself first before you cans serve others. Today unleash your divinity from within, don’t be scared of your power. True power never harms anyone.

Have gratitude for what you have. Appreciate yourself for who you are. You are perfect in every sense. Stop listening to those who say otherwise. Love yourself, take yourself out on a date. Spend time doing something that you really like and have wanted to do. Stop the excuses and stop being harsh on yourself. You deserve all the love.

We need to use colour dark blue to have confidence on what we are. Love and respect for who you are and live in acceptance.

White is the colour of peace and purity. Detoxify yourself and live a peaceful life .

At times in life too, we get stuck, attached to the past and unable to move ahead. Getting stuck even in painful situations sometimes feels like a comfort zone because there is no idea what lies ahead, The fear or uncertainty of it can keep us from moving ahead.

Today’s message ties in perfectly with yesterdays’s message about transformation. Awareness is the beginning of a change process, but it's the energy of change that helps us get unstuck, sometimes in the form of a jolt or a kick in the back that is needed for us to move ahead. An affirmation that might help you with this is “I am safe and I flow easily with change.”

So sit down in introspection and ask your self which all areas you need to create harmony and balance in life .

So ask yourself what are the grey areas of your life and remove the unwanted blocks. The dark challenging areas need to be released now.
