We advice you to get a ergonomic consultation from a pelvic floor physiotherapist who specializes in ergonomics of cycling and understands the pelvic anatomy, biomechanics and neurology very well who will not only advice you on what and how to be done before and while riding but also will guide on the signs and symptoms to look for self-screening.

If once started getting signs and symptoms, we again advice you to see pelvic floor physiotherapist who specializes in managing such cases while keeping many other diagnoses in mind to exclude out in order to get the right diagnosis (know that there may be another pathologies also due to riding).
