Hare Krishna! If you feel pain in any part of body is due to vaat imbalance. If you walk too much then pain in legs...over activity aggregate Vaat and then pain...to get relief from this pain light massage with oil or simply pressing legs....pain get subdides.
Same if you eat too much vatic food....specialy nitrogenous protein like heavy daal, almondsetc. Nuts....vaat aggregation and stomach upset...pain....
Be careful. Everything in balance manner keeps all the three dosha...vaat, pita, kuffa remains balance and body fit....

Hare krishna! Now a days too cold....due cold waves usually and habitually we take hot beverages, gur, khajoor etc. hot things.....
But be careful....
Everything should be in a balance manner...
Otherwise too much heat accumulation in the body in next favourable season for pitta would menifest diseases ....
Due to raised pitta skin disease, ozzing of blood ..., heavy flow during menstrual period..etc...
So be careful

Hare krishna! For the benefit of general human being I am going to share my experience.
I experienced when we take our full meal in between 9- 11pm, we feel in morning burning hunger.....
We think it as a real hunger but it's not true.
Actually the increased pitta , means excess heat of the stomach felt by us a strong hunger.
Firstly we must take our evening meal light and at least 8pm and then next morning after evacuation of stomach can take little water if only feeling thirsty but don't take anything solid or even juices.
I want to share according to Ayurveda when last meal get digested then only we should take another meal....even water should be taken when feel thirsty
According to Ayurveda when you feel shudh Burp( dakaar)....it means your last meal get digested then only you can break your fast....
It's good for our health
Otherwise undigested food create problems in body and consequently disease happens ..
I tried to explain my point in detail.

Hare krishna!
In my opinion bad breath is related to our digestion. If we eat zoo much vatic and nitrogenous food then too much gas in stomach.
We must take our food in a balance. If some daal taken then next must be light vegetable. That day should avoid dry fruits in the form of nuts ..
1 meal should be of fruits. But don't mix fruits of opposite RASA. Apple shouldn't mix with orange.
Be little careful and one can get rid of digestion problem.
Basically every disease is due to wrong habits of eating and lifestyle.

Hare Krishna! Take care of your physical health and mental health. With determination avoid unfavorable to your body and welcome favourable to your body. With healthy body and mind one can grow spiritually and to be Krishna conscious is the aim of this human life to achieve the goal of human life which is back to the abode of supreme personality of Godhead Sri Krishna. Only human being can use his intelligence to receive knowledge about Krishna from the authentic Guru. So don't waste your time in sense gratification. Control your tongue for every means. Take krishna prasadum only...in this way tongue get controlled and Krishna prasadum nourishes our brain tissue and in this way with healthy mind and body could follow spiritual path easily....

Hare Krishna! We must control our tongue. Must take food according to our body constitute and season. Taking precautions and preventions helps a lot to regulate our physical body which leads to good health and for mental health must chant Harinaam. And taste satvik Krishna Prasadum. Tongue controlled by taking Prasadum and chanting Harinam.....Hare Krishna. Hare Krishna. Krishna Krishna Hare Hare. Hare Rama. Hare Rama.Rama Rama. Hare Hare. In this tongue get controlled align with tongue belly and ge***al is controlled. Keep on chanting Harinaam and take Krishna's Prasadum.
