Hare Krishna! If you feel pain in any part of body is due to vaat imbalance. If you walk too much then pain in legs...over activity aggregate Vaat and then pain...to get relief from this pain light massage with oil or simply pressing legs....pain get subdides.
Same if you eat too much vatic food....specialy nitrogenous protein like heavy daal, almondsetc. Nuts....vaat aggregation and stomach upset...pain....
Be careful. Everything in balance manner keeps all the three dosha...vaat, pita, kuffa remains balance and body fit....
