Blue Moon Cardamom Milk💙

The idea behind MK Prism is to use the vibrant colors of the rainbow as a reference and cook the vivid delicacies with the natural ingredients.

Moving on to BLUE from VIBGYOR, we prepared Blue Cardamom Milk with a natural blue ingredient. We have also added cardamom for a heavenly taste and aroma with basil garnishing as an add on.

Ingredients (Idli):
1. Butterfly Pea Flower (10)
2. Suji (1 cup)
3. Mustard Seeds (1/2 tsp)
4. Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
5. Salt (to taste)
6. Curry Leaves (10-15)
7. Butterfly Pea Flower Water + Curd (1 cup)
8. ENO ( 1 Pack)

Ingredients (Chutney):
1. Coconut
2. Basil Leaves
3. Green Chilli
4.Curry Leaves
5. Salt

How to Prepare:
1.Soak the Butterfly Pea Flowers overnight.
2.Take Suji in a bowl, add Mustard Seeds, Salt, Black Pepper, Curry Leaves , Curd and Butterfly Pea Water
Mix and put the blue batter to rest for 15 minutes.
3.Add 1pack of ENO to the batter.
4.Pour the idli batter. Microwave it for 4 minutes and your Indigo Idli is ready!!

Chutney:
1.Grind coconut, basil leaves, curry leaves and green chilli with salt (to taste)

The idea behind MK Prism is to use the vibrant colors of the rainbow as a reference and cook the vivid delicacies with the natural ingredients.

Moving ahead to Indigo from VIBGYOR, we cooked deep blue/Indigo colored Idlis with a natural blue ingredient along with Curry Leaves and Coconut Chutney garnished with coconut strands.

Ingredients:
1. Jamun
2. Brown Sugar 2tsp
3. Lemon Juice
4. Hung Curd
5. Digestive Biscuits
6. Butter
7. Powdered Sugar 2tsp

How to prepare:
1. Boil the deseeded Jamuns with 2tsp Brown Sugar and Lemon Juice for 5 minutes.

2. Mash the boiled jamuns to get a thick Jamun syrup.

3. Mix the jamun syrup with hung curd to attain the violet color naturally.

4. In a mixer, blend the digestive biscuits, butter 1tsp and powdered sugar 2tsp.

5. Add the buttery biscuit crumbs to a glass, layer it up with the jamun yogurt. Pour the jamun syrup and voila!!

Time to get started and taste the heavenly dessert.

Veg. Burnt Garlic Fried Rice
•Put 4-5tsp of Oil to a heated pan.
•Add Chopped Garlic and Roast.
•Add vegetables of your choice
Here we added Chopped Carrots, Bell Peppers, Spring Onion. Saute them well.
•Now, we will add some sauces to spice up the Fried Rice:
~2tsp Vinegar
~1tsp Soy Sauce
~1tsp Chilli Sauce
Mix them well.
•Now add boiled rice to the pan.
•Sprinkle Salt and Pepper to your taste and quantity.
•Garnish your homemade Chinese dish with Spring Onion.
