WEIGHT LOSS AFTER CONSUMING ALCOHOL ?
A slight decrease in weight after consuming alcohol can occur due to several factors related to the body's processing of alcohol and its impact on metabolism and fluid balance.
Alcohol is diuretic, meaning it increases urine production. This leads to fluid loss.
It can also cause dehydration. Dehydration can impact and make you lose weight, but this is not a healthy or sustainable way.
The fact is that, long-term excessive alcohol consumption is bad for your liver and contributes to weight gain. Alcohol also increases insulin resistance and negates your efforts in diabetes reversal.
