I have 8 years of experience in Nutrition and Weight Management i have worked with Apollo Hospital,VLCC,And Four seasons UK.I have studied nutrition with Future Fit Training {UK}and qualified as a Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor.I have done diploma in Dietics and Public Health Nutrition from Delhi University.I have seen people trying every diet on the market,only to find that as soon as they returned to their normal eating patterns the weight would go back on.this sparked my desire to help other people loose weight so i decided to reach out to people hence i have created this page.I am not going to offer any quick fix but together we will be looking at how you can achieve a sensible weight loss whilst still enjoying your food,a social life and balancing all of this with work and family life
