Gut Health plays a vital role in preventing infections and diseases. Bacteria plays a huge role in keeping the gut and your overall body healthy.

Gut is considered to be the second brain in body. 70% of body immunity lies in our guts. Vital hormones like serotonin (happy hormone) & melatonin (sleep hormone) are produced in our Gut. It also controls digestive system of our body. Gut prevents us from auto immune diseases.

Our gut is happy when we have a balance of good and bad bacteria.
There are certain factors that disturb the balance and cause harm to the health of the gut.
Few things you must do to maintain healthy gut
1) Consume 1 tsp of cold pressed coconut oil on an empty stomach.

2) Eat fermented foods such as kimchi, cider, yogurt. They act as probiotics.

3) Go for a walk or run.

4) Consume prebiotics, it helps to keep your gut bacteria healthy
