कोविड के इलाज में गलती कहां हो रही है?

1. बीमारी को पहचानने में देरी।
2. बीमारी को स्वीकार करने में देरी।
3. इलाज शुरू करने में देरी।
4. कोरोना (RTPCR) टेस्ट कराने में देरी।
5. लक्षण होने के बावजूद टेस्ट रिपोर्ट का इंतज़ार करना और तुरंत इलाज शुरू नहीं करना।
6.बीमारी की गंभीरता को समझने में देरी।
7.दवाइयों से डर के कारण सारी दवाइयां खाने के बजाय आधी अधूरी दवाइयां खाना।
8.पांचवे या छठे दिन तबियत ज्यादा ख़राब होने पर भी CT और ब्लड टेस्ट नहीं कराना।
9.दूसरे स्टेज का ट्रीटमेंट (स्टेरॉयड) छठे दिन से शुरू नहीं करना और इसमें देरी करना।
10.Steroid की अपर्याप्त डोज़ लेना।
11.साथ में anticoagulent (खून पतला करने और खून में थक्का बनाने से रोकने की दवा) न लेना।
12.ऑक्सीजन लेवल नापने में लापरवाही के कारण ऑक्सीजन लेवल गिरने (Hypoxia) को समय से पकड़ न पाना।
12.ऑक्सीजन गिरने पर अस्पताल पहुंचने में देरी।
13.छठे दिन HRCT टेस्ट में 15/25 या उससे ऊपर का स्कोर आने पर भी घर में इलाज और तुरंत अस्पताल में भर्ती हों कर intravenous (इंजेक्शन से) ट्रीटमेंट न लेना।

ध्यान रखें, पहला हफ़्ता आपके हाथ में। दूसरा हफ़्ता आपके डॉक्टर के हाथ में ।
