When children keep food in their mouth for a long time, cavities can develop easily. Here’s how parents can help prevent it 👇
✅ No screen time during meals
✅ Make the child sit in an upright position
✅ Gently remind them to chew (a light tap on the cheek helps)
✅ Offer small sips of water during meals
✅ Praise them when they finish eating properly (“Good job!”)
🚨 If this habit doesn’t improve, consult a doctor.
⚠️ Sometimes, children don’t express pain due to dental fear and silently suffer.
For proper guidance, visit a dentist—they can identify the issue early and guide you correctly.

Braces Care: Daily Routine You Must Follow 🦷✨
Rinse your mouth after every meal to remove food particles.
Brush using the V-technique:
▫️ 45° above the braces
▫️ 45° below the braces
▫️ Then brush straight on the braces
After lunch or breakfast, use an interdental brush for quick and effective cleaning.
Follow the same routine at night for best results.

⚠️ Foods to avoid:
Hard foods like popcorn, nuts, chikki, pizza
Sticky foods like toffee & candies
These can break your braces!
For deeper cleaning, you can also use a water flosser.
