                                            Oh “I am so stupid”, 
“No matter what I do I am never getting good at anything”
“I am a loser” 
These are the statements you may use whenever you make mistakes, for not knowing better outcomes or solutions. 
And this does not end at the statements but punishing yourself continues beyond remarks, “I don’t deserve good happy times so more effort towards my goals”
“No more relaxation after a long tiring day” “no comfort because I did not earn it”. 
All of the above becomes the reality. 
 
If you find the above relatable then try and do the following:
“let me review why things did not fall in place, what is the missing link”,
“I can always ask for help as my friend is an expert and can guide me better”,
“I gave my 100% today, though things did not turn out as desired but I will recharge tonight to do better tomorrow” 
You cannot know everything, be right always or be there for everyone at all times.
Allow yourself to be Human, to learn from your mistakes, ask for help when needed and most importantly to accept that you don’t have to be perfect. 
Forgive yourself for making mistakes.
