No doubt salted nuts are super yummy.... But do we really need all that excess sodium. Look sodium is important when it comes to overall health but through natural foods like greens, beans, carrots, celery beets but not the excess that comes with salted nuts, canned foods and processed junk.

So, switch to the plain, roasted and soaked nuts. You can flavour your nuts with herbs like paprika, Italian herbs, black pepper, oregano, etc.
These won't only make your nuts flavourful but will also help you to avoid taking unnecessary sodium in your diet.
