Too much misleading information around you ? Tips to avoid being tricked into some of the courses, workshops and conferences which will make a zero effect in your professional career!
1. Research the content info before believing anything popping on your feed!
2. Feedbacks may not necessarily be the sole criteria, practical implementation in your work life situation is important!
3. Knowledge is volatile unless it's learnt, practiced, practised and implemented. If your current scenario is not allowing this, may be its not the time!
4.Nothing can substitute your clinical time in postings as a student, intern or a post graduate! Make the most of it!
5. Double check and review the info given to guide you for future courses including Immigration!

Due to the aging population & continued increase in obesity rates, the prevalence of diabetes is expected to rise to 592 million by 2035.
Diabetes can lead to several complications, including cardiovascular disease, stroke, peripheral arterial disease, nephropathy, neuropathy, retinopathy, lower extremity amputation, and musculoskeletal impairments.

Physical therapist utilise exercise programs as an effective treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes and it has been proven that regular physical activity is crucial to in sustaining low blood sugar levels and improving insulin sensitivity.

On the occasion of World Diabetes Day, let us come together to make everyone around us aware of the challenges of this disease.
Let us fight against it and aim for a healthier life. Warm wishes on World Diabetes Day to everyone.
