1️⃣SEATED NERVE FLOSS:-
Sit on the chair with the legs at 90 degrees. Extend one leg forward with the toes pointed towards yourself and extending the head backwards. Flex the same side knee while tucking the chin and looking downwards.
2️⃣ STANDING NERVE FLOSS:-
Stand with one leg elevated on a chair or bench, point the toes forward while simultaneously hinging the hips backwards. Pull the toes up towards the ceiling while straightening out the back and hips and repeat.
3️⃣SUPINE NERVE FLOSS
Lay face up on the ground with both legs-bend roughly to 45 degrees. Pull the knee up towards he chest and reinforced with both hands behind the hamstrings. Pull thr toes up and extend the knee towards ceiling. Pull the knee back to the normal position.
Repeat each exercises thrice with 30 secs hold. It will gives to excellent result.
