This can gave you some relief immediately but for persistent and longer results, you should seek help of Physical Therapist.

1️⃣SEATED NERVE FLOSS:-

Sit on the chair with the legs at 90 degrees. Extend one leg forward with the toes pointed towards yourself and extending the head backwards. Flex the same side knee while tucking the chin and looking downwards.

2️⃣ STANDING NERVE FLOSS:-

Stand with one leg elevated on a chair or bench, point the toes forward while simultaneously hinging the hips backwards. Pull the toes up towards the ceiling while straightening out the back and hips and repeat.

3️⃣SUPINE NERVE FLOSS

Lay face up on the ground with both legs-bend roughly to 45 degrees. Pull the knee up towards he chest and reinforced with both hands behind the hamstrings. Pull thr toes up and extend the knee towards ceiling. Pull the knee back to the normal position.

Repeat each exercises thrice with 30 secs hold. It will gives to excellent result.

Sciatica refers to the pain that radiates along the sciatic nerve, travels from lower back, through the back of your hips, into the legs.

Sciatica is a broad term describing radiating symptoms like numbness, tingling pain, weakness, that arises from spinal nerve root as it exits the low back or due to an irritated sciatic nerve around the glute!

Promoting movement along the nerve can help you in relieving these symptoms and provides you along temporary relief and gives you a window of opportunity to perform other rehab exercises that helps in eliminating pain.

For complete relief, Patients should visit physiotherapist on regular basis and he/she should follow complete rehabilitation program proved by Therapist.

Covid-19 can cause lung complications such as pneumonia and in most severe cases ARDS Or Sepsis.

Pneumonia is inflammation and fluid in the lungs, making it difficult to breathe. Patient can experience shortness of breath, fevers and cough which can be productive.

Most severe cases can lead to ARDS or sepsis which will eventually put patient on mechanical ventilator or ECMO (Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) leading to scaring of the lung tissue.

Post covid patient requires long term rehabilitation programs that will help in getting out of sequelae of covid-19. Rehabilitation requires multidisciplinary team that works together for the betterment of the patient. Respiratory rehabilitation includes:- 1. Inspiratory muscle training. 2. Diaphragmatic breathing. 3. Mobilisation of respiratory muscles. 4. Thoracic expansion exercises. 5. Airway clearance techniques. 6. Positive expiratory devices.

Be careful not to overload respiratory system and causing respiratory distress.

Other than respiratory rehabilitation, post covid patient benefits from functional, occupational and cognitive rehabilitation.

1. Don’t smoke
2. Avoid exposure to indoor pollutants
3. Minimise exposure to outdoor air pollution by wearing face mask.
4. Get vaccinated every year against influenza
5. Avoid hoing to crowdy places
6. Get regular health checkups
7. Most importantly eat healthy and Exercise

Frozen shoulder can interfere with activities of daily living, leisure, and work.
Over head activities or functional impairment like hanging clothes, combing hair, fasten one’s seat belt and alot more!
To get rid of this, consult your physiotherapist for DO’s and DON’T’s with lot more of exercises.
