1. It is expressly prohibited to share with anyone or any agency, in any form the working in the company.
2. It is expressly prohibited to carry away any item/document physically or in any other form such as copy/facsimile/photograph/email etc.
3. It is expressly prohibited to carry away any data from the clinic in any form such as hard drive, USB storage device, CD, DVD, magnetic or optical storage device, photograph, email etc.
4. Sharing of information with anyone related to working of other people is also expressly prohibited.
5. The above confidential information is not to be shared even after leaving the job and it is imperative that the secrecy of the information be maintained.
6. Any action inimical to the company resulting from misuse of information obtained as a result of working in the company, during job or even after leaving the job will be treated as breach of trust and as violation of the above policy.
7. There is no involvement in any activities that would diminish confidence in the laboratory’s competence, impartiality, judgement or operational integrity.
8. Management and personnel are free from any undue commercial, financial or other pressures and influences that may adversely affect the quality of their work.
9. Where potential conflicts in competing interests may exist, they shall be openly and appropriately declared.
10. There are appropriate procedures to ensure that staffs treat human samples, tissues or remains according to relevant legal requirements.
