Surgical phase.... full arch rehabilitation
All on 6... Placed 6 Osstem Implants with Miltiunit abutments.. Will be fixing immediate temporaries.

Rehabilitation of mandibular arch with implant supported overdenture with locator attachments.

Immediate implants with full mandibular arch extraction followed by implants irt B, C & D location (according to Carl Misch classification of implant placement).

Osteoplasty with ridge flattening and ridge height reduction done to gain sufficient interocclusal space for overdenture.

Parallelism of implants can be appreciated.

Phase 2 : Prosthetic phase will be done after 8 weeks of osseointegration period.

Immediate implants irt 25, 26 & 36
Osstem TS III.
Fractured & Failed RCT treated teeth.
Extraction done and immediately placed implants without any bone graft. Achieved a good primary stability of 50 NcM. Will be loading after 8weeks.

Steps to be followed:
Jig verification to check impression accuracy, JR & bite registration, metal framework trial, bisque trial and final cementation.

Failed endodontically involved teeth with periapical radiolucency and draining sinus...

Immediate implants irt 45 & 46...
Protocol:
Atraumatic extraction and followed by extensive socket disinfection by round diamond bur and a disinfectant to remove granulation tissue and induce bleeding points in healthy socket walls.

No grafting done.

Routine case....
Tooth supported overdenture with Precision Ball attachment.

A very good and successful treatment modality for improving retention and stability of Mandibular complete dentures in edentulous patients.

Castable custom made ball attachment were made as an economical alternative to pre fabricated precision attachment.

Rehabilitation of edentulous mandibular arch with dental implants.
Free hand surgery done with 5 Osstem implants.
Screw cementable prosthesis done after 2 months.
Opposing Maxillary Complete Denture.
