Mr. Joseph Karui Mwangi, 45 years old from Kenya, was suffering from continuous gastrointestinal bleeding caused by a small angiodysplastic lesion in the proximal jejunum. For advanced medical treatment, he traveled to India, where he underwent Exploratory laparotomy with resection and anastomosis of the proximal jejunum, along with intraoperative UGI scopy and Enteroscopy. The surgery was successful, his condition is now stable, and he has fully recovered and returned to Kenya.
