“It was like having a friend who supports you when u need. I learnt many things from her, importance of protein in our day to day life.lost 3 kgs in 6 months but lost 23 inches overall which is very huge.l understood my body. It didn’t change much in weight but there is a huge change in my inches. I learnt When there is inch loss and when u can feel changes in your body nothing to worry about weight... lam a south India so she made sure to include in my diet all the South Indian food and I never felt like I was in diet...”

👉🏻 We focussed on eating more protein, less carbs and moderate fat. We also focused on adding fibre in our diet and exercising more! We did home based yoga and strength training workouts! 🏃‍♂️

💡 She has been a very disciplined mentee. Super coachable, did exactly as asked and followed the plan to the T.

When it comes to FITNESS, CONSISTENCY matters the most! ♾

Eating Healthy is an art that you master over the time. It doesn’t happen overnight. You need to take small steps everyday to unfold the path ahead.
Keep enjoying the journey ahead, don’t fear the unknown.
Don’t try to do everything at once, just do something.
- can’t eat all 3 meals at home? Eat 1.
- can’t eat 4l water in a day? Drink 2l.
- can’t exercise for 45 minutes? Exercise for 30 minutes.
- can’t workout at the gym? Workout at home.
- can’t do without 3 cups of coffee in a day? Make it 2 cups.

🤌🏻 Don’t have an all-or-nothing mindset, just keep doing something!
