The purpose of displaying Yoga asanas is not to impress people with your acrobatic capabilities but to highlight the incredible potential of the human bodyโ€”its strength, stamina, agility, flexibility, and so much more.

But to make Yoga an inclusive practice, it's essential to focus on realistic and achievable asana content that caters to all levels. So that people of any background, health or physical situation can resonate with it.

Consider how many people aim for advanced or complex asanas versus those who seek moderate improvements in strength, stamina, or flexibility?

Ensure that your asana display aligns with what you promote in your Yoga classes. Connecting with your students through these displays should be about encouraging and inspiring them, not intimidating or discouraging them in any way.

You need to ensure that your content serves a meaningful purpose that fits into the bigger picture of promoting accessible and compassionate Yoga practice to all.
