This May, we’re starting a conversation we often avoid.

THE MIND MATTERS.

Not just your work.
Not just your responsibilities.
Not just everyone else.

You. Your thoughts. Your mental space.

All month long, we’re opening up space to talk about what’s usually left unsaid—
overthinking, emotional burnout, silent pressure, and everything in between.

No judgment. No fixing. Just understanding.

If your mind has been asking for attention…
this is your space to listen.

Follow Flying Featherss By Sahiba to know more.

Socialising isn’t always tiring because of people…
sometimes it’s because you’re holding so much within while showing up.

Smiling, responding, being “on” —
even when your energy is quietly asking for a pause.

And you come back wondering…
“Why do I feel so drained when nothing went wrong?”

At Flying Featherss by Sahiba, we hold space for that in-between feeling—
where you don’t need to perform, explain, or keep up.

Just be.
At your own pace. 🌿

✨ Because connection should feel safe… not exhausting.

What happens when people come together to create? ✨
Something more than art… something felt.

Strangers walked in, but stories walked out.
Each brushstroke carried a piece of someone’s emotion, instinct, and individuality — and somehow, it all connected into something bigger.

This wasn’t just about painting.
It was about slowing down, opening up, and finding your own rhythm in a room full of different energies.

Because when you create together,
you don’t just make art… you become a part of it. 💙

Stress isn’t the enemy. Ignoring it is.
Stress is temporary—it rises with pressure and fades when we pause, reset, and realign.

But burnout? That’s what happens when stress stays unheard for too long.
At Flying Featherss by Sahiba, we believe awareness is the first step to care.
Recognize the signs. Take the pause. Choose yourself—before it turns into burnout. 🤍

Because your mind deserves as much attention as your goals.

What if a room full of strangers could come together… and create something truly meaningful? 🎨✨

This is an art therapy experience designed to bring people closer to themselves.

We began with something simple — scribbles on paper. No rules, no pressure. Just letting go.
And slowly, something shifted. The room softened. Conversations flowed. Creativity opened up.

Then came the canvas — where each person expressed freely, in their own unique way.

What no one knew… was that every canvas was part of something bigger.

At the end, as we brought all the pieces together — the magic revealed itself.
Individual expressions merged into one unified artwork 🧩

A reminder of connection, trust, and the beauty of co-creation.

An evening filled with laughter, stories, and a sense of belonging — the kind you don’t plan, but truly feel.

This is the power of art therapy — to heal, to connect, and to create space for you to simply be.

In a world that’s always moving fast, a mentally healthy workplace creates space to pause, breathe, and feel seen.

It’s not just about deadlines and deliverables—
it’s about empathy in conversations,
support in challenges,
and respect in every interaction.

At Flying Featherss by Sahiba, we believe true growth begins where people feel safe, valued, and understood. 🤍

Because when minds are nurtured, everything else follows.

Day 14 | The Power of Pause

We’ve been taught that strength looks like
having the last word.
Winning the argument.
Proving a point.

But not everything needs a reaction.

Sometimes, silence isn’t weakness.
It’s choosing not to turn every moment into a battle.

Because not reacting
doesn’t mean you didn’t feel something.
It just means you chose not to let it take over.

And yes, there are times you should speak.
When something matters.
When your boundaries need a voice.

But not every situation deserves your energy.

Sometimes the real strength
is in holding your ground quietly;
without needing to prove anything.

Today’s Reflection

The next time someone doesn’t react,
pause and notice your first thought.
Do you see it as weakness…
or can you hold space for the possibility that,
It’s a Choice | One you may not fully understand yet?

Day 13 | The Inner Trigger

It’s strange how one small comment can stay with us for hours.

You could be feeling completely fine, liking what you’re wearing, enjoying your moment… and then someone says something casually. Not even thinking much of it.
But it stays; Not because of what they said, but because of what it touched.

A tiny doubt.
A question you didn’t know you had.
And suddenly, you’re not just hearing them, you’re hearing your own thoughts get louder.

Because when you’re truly sure about something, it doesn’t linger. It passes.

So maybe the point isn’t to avoid these moments.

Maybe it’s to notice them.

To ask yourself, why did this stay with me?
What did it make me question?

Because that’s where you understand yourself a little better.
Not in the moment…
but in what follows after.

Today’s Reflection

What is something someone said recently
that stayed with you longer than it should?

What did it quietly make you question about yourself?

Day 8: The Social Orbit

I used to think being available for everyone was a strength.
Saying yes felt natural to family, friends, plans, and obligations.
But over time, I noticed something was off.

I was constantly drained. Always showing up for others… but never for myself.
So I tried something different.

I drew a circle with me at the center.
First orbit: the people who truly matter.
Second orbit: people I care about, but who don’t need my constant presence.
And then… everyone else.

That’s when it hit me.
The people who actually matter? They’re just a handful.

But my energy was scattered across everyone.
And I realized | Saying no isn’t selfish.
It’s self-preservation.

Because every time you say yes to everything, you slowly erase yourself from your own life.

Today’s reflection:
Not everyone deserves the same access to your time and energy.

Day 7 | The Memory Loop

Some of us don’t hold on to things.
We hold on to memories.
Old conversations.

Moments that could’ve gone differently.
Things we wish we had said.

And before we realise it, we’re not just remembering the past —
we’re reliving it.

But memories aren’t meant to become a permanent home.

They’re reminders. Lessons.
Feelings that asked to be acknowledged.
So instead of replaying them endlessly,
try pausing when they appear.
Because not every memory needs to stay with you forever.

Some are meant to be felt, understood…
and then released.

Today’s reflection:
Name the feeling. | Understand why it hurt.
Then gently return to the present.

DAY 5 | The Bravest Goodbye

Some goodbyes aren't about hate.
They're about self-respect.
The hardest ones are never with enemies.
They're with people you truly loved.
People you laughed with, grew with, held close.
But somewhere along the way,
the energy shifted.

And no matter how hard you held on,
it just… stopped feeling right.
Staying wasn't love anymore.
It was just fear of letting go.
So you made the hardest choice.
Not against them.
For you.

Because some connections aren't meant to last forever.
And honoring that quietly, gracefully —
that's not weakness.

That's the bravest thing you'll ever do.
The hardest goodbyes are the ones you owe yourself.

Day 4 | Dear Younger Me

“Try this today 🤍
Write a letter to your younger self- maybe the version of you in college,
or a phase where you felt lost, in love, confused, or unsure.

You don’t have to write it perfectly.
You just have to write it honestly.

You can:
• Write one letter to your younger self as a whole
• Or write about a specific moment (a heartbreak, a decision, a failure)
• Or even write multiple letters or one for each version of you

Talk about:
• What she didn’t know back then
• What she blamed herself for
• What you wish she could see now
• And what you want to forgive her for

Sometimes,
the closure, validation, and softness we seek from others…
we can learn to give ourselves.

Save this for a day you feel ready.
Or send it to someone who needs to hear this today.”
