Inauguration of Blood Centre today Rajiv Gandhi Super Speciality Hospital by the Chief Guest Dr.Sanjay Agrawal Director and Guest of Honour Dr. Ashok Kumar, Medical Superintendent.

Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital had its Blood Storage Centre operational from last five years.

Today, the hospital is bestowed with the licence of Blood Centre for the collection, processing and storage of Whole Blood by DCGI (Drug Controller General of India) and Central Licensing Authority of India.

The Director congratulated all the hospital staff and urged and motivated the staff and public for regularly donating blood voluntarily as it saves lives.

Dr Chhavi Gupta , Blood Bank Officer said, “The process for acquiring the licence of components will be started soon”.

World Heart Day was celebrated today Rajiv Gandhi Super Speciality Hospital.

Our Director & CEO Dr. B.L Sherwal appraised the general public about awareness & prevention of heart disease and ways to reduce stress and lead to healthy life.
