The patient is suffering from neck pain with shoulder pain ,(impingement) and she also has back pain and radiating pain in his right leg from 5years after road traffic accident injury...with general muscle weakness and postural issues.
She followed 1month treatment protocol which includes manual therapies like myofascial release , Cupping therapy , dry needling ,and some home based exercise program with postural correction ,with some modalities like TENS and US and finally she is recovered...her 95% pain is settled and she is very satisfied with us ...
