The 3 C's That Helped Me Reduce 45 Kgs⬇️⬇️
1. CONSISTENCY - Show Up everyday or atleast 4-5 times a week. Workout can do magic in your Weight loss journey so stay consistent with your diet and exercise💪
2. COMMITMENT - Make sure you're Committed towards your Goals. Follow a plan that you can sustain for a longer period of time and stay committed towards it. Don't run after Short Term Goals🙏🙏
3. CONTROL - Learn To Control. Eat how much your Body needs not how much you want. Controlling your eating habits play an ok important role in your Weight loss journey. Do mindful eating💪
Clean eating breakdown :-
✅portion control your meals
✅have salads and vegetables with your food
✅have homemade food and delicacies
✅Follow 80/20 Rule
✅eat 1.5 gms protein X per body weight
❌avoid fried food
❌don’t overeat
❌don’t take stress
❌don’t worry about your weight each day and trust the process
❌Avoid processed foods
❌Dont rely on the scale
❌Skipping Meals
