Stir Fry Sprout Chaat
Ingredients:
30-40g Sprouts
1 boiled potato
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
1 Chopped Bell Pepper
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 handful makhana and kishmish
2 tsp coconut oil

Recipe :
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin once the oil is hot.
2. Add boiled potato and chopped veggies. Stir them.
3. Add spices and condiments as per taste. Add 10 ml water.
4. Add the sprouts. Stir it well.
5. Leave on the flame for about 2 minutes.
6. Remove from flame. Transfer to a bowl.
7. Add roasted sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, makhana and raisins. Mix well.
8. Add lemon juice. Enjoy.

2 handful Boiled Peas (dried)
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Lemon
2 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
1 Handful Roasted Makhana
10-15 Raisins
2 tsp Sunflower Seeds
Stir Fry the Boiled Peas in Coconut Oil/Ghee and add spices according to your taste. Add salt as per your taste. Transfer the peas to a container. Mix chopped veggies, sesame seeds and the juice of lemon. Mix well. Garnish with makhana, raisins and sunflower seeds.
