Watch this Video on Psychology of Power -U.S. vs Iran

Power is rarely just about weapons, wealth, or territory.

At its core, it is psychological—shaped by perception, identity, fear, and the need for control.

The United States represens a system where influence flows through military dominance, economic leverage, global culture, and soft power.

Its strength lies not just in coercion, but in its ability to shape narratives and preferences across the world.

Iran, on the other hand, embolden ideological and centralized power—rooted in identity, resistance, and survival.

Its Psychology is driven less by expansion and more by defiance: a belief that enduring pressure is itself a form of victory.

Where the U.S. seeks to control outcomes, Iran seeks to outlast pressure.

Where the U.S. operates through visibility and influence, Iran thrives in ambiguity and asymmetry.

Ultimately, this is not just a geopolitical rivalry.

If she’s talking about you—you’re lucky...

Because then there are no masks, no need for validation.

You’re not living for society, expectations, or approval.

You’re just real.

Living on your own terms, every single moment and still choosing to do good for others not for recognition, but because it’s who you are.

We all know how politicians’ minds seem to work.

But let’s go a step deeper and understand how their brains work—because once we understand the underlying psychology and incentives, it becomes clearer why politicians think and behave the way they do.

The psychology of “US versus THEM” runs deep in human society. The world is constantly divided into groups—us and them.

This division appears everywhere: between nations, as seen in conflicts like those between the United States and Iran; between religions such as Hinduism and Islam, or Islam and Christianity.

As we move from the macro level to the micro level, these divisions only multiply—between countries, races, colors, tribes, castes, and creeds.

Everywhere, the same pattern emerges: us versus them.

What lies at the heart of this divide is a shared psychological bias.

Every “us” group tends to believe that it is superior—its race is better, its religion is truer, its culture more refined, and its people more intelligent.

At the same time, the “them” group is often perceived as inferior, less intelligent, and unworthy of serious attention.

In essence, every us tends to see them as inferior. And interestingly, every them, who consider themselves us, views us—from their perspective—as the inferior side.

This endless cycle of mutual superiority and perceived inferiority forms the core of the “us versus them” psychology.

This video explores that very phenomenon—how and why humans divide the world into us and them.

Whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed, take just five minutes to use this application I have designed—and allow the shift to unfold.

The hardest part is the first step, which is smply clicking on the app.

https://mindcoach.corporatetrainingindia.net/

But once you do, each guided step helps your prefrontal cortex regain control, gently quieting the overactive amygdala that fuels stress and emotional reactivity.

What follows is not magic, but neuroscience in action.

With consistent use, you’ll notice greater clarity, calmer decision-making, and improved emotional balance.

Make this practice a part of your daily life.

For now, the app is available free for one week—take the first step and experience the difference.

In this video on brain and behavior, we explore the concepts of warmth and competence, and how we instinctively judge, label, and form assumptions about others based on these two dimensions.

We also examine how even a slight shift in perceived warmth or competence can dramatically alter our opinions—and what those changing perceptions reveal about the way we think and evaluate people.

A hard look at the horrifying Ghaziabad tragedy where three teenage girls jumped to their deaths from the ninth floor of their home.

In my interview with Republic Bharat, I examine what may have pushed them to this irreversible step, the red flags society and families often miss, and the silent failures in modern parenting.

I also highlight urgent lessons for parents—why emotional connection, real-world social exposure, and pulling children out of isolated, screen-bound lives are no longer optional, but essential.
