                                            1. Avocado
Avocado is a fruit rich in vitamin C and vitamin E known for their antioxidant properties. In particular, vitamin C helps to reduce skin inflammation and to optimise the production of collagen. This in turn improves skin tone and reduces wrinkles.
Additionally, Avocados include good fats that can keep your skin firm and moisturised.
2. Cherries and berries
Cherries and berries, such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, are amongst the highest antioxidant-containing fruits. Antioxidants help to prevent premature skin ageing by reducing the damaging effects of free radicals.
3. Red grapes
Red grapes are famous for containing resveratrol, a compound that comes from the grapes’ skin.
Resveratrol is credited with reducing the effects of aging.
4. Broccoli
Broccoli is full of many vitamins including zinc, vitamin A, and vitamin C.
It also contains lutein, a carotenoid that helps protect your skin from oxidative damage, which cause your skin to become dry and wrinkled.
Broccoli florets also pack a special compound called sulforaphane which may even have anti-cancer effects.
Sulforaphane is likewise a powerful protective agent against sun damage. It works in two ways: neutralizing harmful free radicals and switching on other protective systems in your body.
5.Sweet potatoes are an excellent source — one 1/2-cup (100-gram) serving of beta carotene to provide more than six times the DV of vitamin A.
When consumed, this antioxidant is incorporated into your skin and helps protect your skin cells from sun exposure. This may help prevent sunburn, cell death, and dry, wrinkled skin.
Besides, increasing the production of healthy skin cells, Vitamin C in sweet potatoes contribute to a more glowing and supple-looking skin.
