Another Successful Women’s Health Camp! 🌸

We are thrilled to share the incredible impact of our latest Free Women’s Health Preventive Camp led by Dr. Rahul Manchanda and his dedicated team! 🙌

At the camp, we offered:

✔️ 230 free gynecological consultations
✔️ 10 free mammograms
✔️ 230 sugar monitoring, BP, and hemoglobin tests

There’s no scientific evidence linking push-up bras to breast cancer. Your choice of bra is all about comfort and style, not health risks.

As a gynaecologists I would recommend women to do occasional self breast check ups and mamograms. If there's a family history of breast cancer, you should visit a gynaecologist.

Dr. Rahul conducted an insightful session on hysteroscopy, sharing his expertise and techniques with the attendees. He performed a live operative surgery during the session, providing hands-on training to the participants. 🙌🔬

As a doctor, I want to emphasize that less is more when it comes to va**nal care. Your va**na is self-cleaning, and using harsh soaps or douching can disrupt its natural balance.

Here are a few key tips:

Gentle cleansing: Use warm water and mild, unscented soap on the outer areas only (the v***a). Avoid inserting anything inside.

Avoid douching: It can upset the natural pH and lead to infections.

Wear breathable fabrics: Cotton underwear helps keep things fresh and dry.

Always wipe from front to back to prevent infections

If you notice unusual odor, discharge, or irritation, it's important to consult your doctor.

Remember, a healthy va**na has its own natural defense mechanism—let’s not interfere with it! 💖
