llence in the field of pulmonology Dr Gopal went abroad and completed his training in Advanced Bronchoscopy at Singapore General Hospital, Sleep Disorders training at Brussels & Fellowship in Medical Thoracoscopy at Marseille, France.Dr Gopal received advanced training in Endobronchial Ultrasound under Prof David Feilding at Brisbaine. In recognition of his academic forte, he was one of the first Indian doctors to be awarded a scholarship by the European Respiratory Society in Interventional Pulmonology to train under Prof Gasparini at Ancona, Italy.
