Banana my all time favourite fruit. Many people avoid it by saying it is dense in calories and leads to weight gain. Yes it is a calorie dense fruit but when we compare it to other food items that we binge on unknowingly like namkeen, biscuits, candies. It has very less calories in comparison to that. Moreover how we are consuming it and in which form we are consuming it that matters the most.
