My heart goes out to the family and friends of the influencer who tragically lost her life while creating reels. On ABP News, I discussed the profound impact of this incident on our youth. This tragedy underscores the urgent need for a balanced approach to digital engagement, especially among our youth. Here are five essential points to help control screen time and promote healthier online habits:
