"Complete cessation of thoughts is Yoga"

We teac Its all about Awareness.

Yoga" is not about how much you are flexible which is a common perception of people about Yoga. "Yoga is a Moving meditation" First u start getting aware of your body which is most close to you and then u start getting aware of your deeper layers of Mind ,emotions and at the last Ur "BEING" which is the source of everything. U live your whole life at the circumference of life. Yoga takes you to the center and as soon as u start working from the center , you become witness to everything which is called Sakshi BHaav and once you know this witness self all problems starts vanishing because in the 1st place there was no problem it was only your unawareness which was creating it. " In short YOGA is a way of life not mere exercise "

Sequence for Sciatica pain...

Yoga, with its focus on mindful movement and stretching, can be an effective, natural way to help alleviate sciatica pain by relieving tension, improving flexibility, and strengthening supporting muscles. Always listen to your body and avoid any pose that makes your pain worse. Using props like cushions or yoga blocks, yoga belt can help modify poses for comfort and support.

Important Considerations and Precautions

Listen to Your Body: Avoid pushing through pain, as this can worsen sciatica symptoms.

Avoid Harmful Poses: Avoid movements like heavy lifting or intense twisting. Some poses, like standing forward bends without a straight back and double leg lifts, are generally discouraged.

Consistency is Key: Regular gentle practice is more beneficial than infrequent intense sessions.

Seek Medical Advice for Severe Pain: If you have severe or worsening pain or new symptoms like bowel changes, seek immediate medical attention.

Knee alignment refers to the straightness of your leg from the hip to the ankle, where a line drawn from the center of the hip through the center of the knee ideally continues through the center of the ankle to evenly distribute weight and promote proper function. Misaligned knees can lead to pain, instability, and increased wear on the joint.

Backbends are not poses meant for expressionism. Backbends are meant to understand the back parts of our bodies. The front body can be seen with the eyes, but the back body can only be felt.
