We assess Pathology and Radiology Centers and rate them on the basis of their quality standards, service standards and infrastructure. We partner only the labs that pass our quality check and we ensure that the labs are equally committed to the cause of lowering medical costs for our users. We have made an aggressive start with our focus on Delhi/NCR and soon extending our reach to other cities in India. How do we manage to offer such tests at so low prices? And how can we guarantee the quality of results? For one, we make many of the tests and supply them to laboratories – So by special arrangements, special prices can be offered to labs who offer their services through this portal. Second, we work closely with the labs to ensure that instead of spending money on marketing their labs, on spending money to get patients, or networking with regional doctors to get patients etc., they stop these expenses and instead give the benefit of the price directly to the patient! Finally, many of the tests are such that higher the number of tests performed, lower the test cost
