Social Media Copywriter's responsibilities and duties:
Develop and drive end to end ex*****on of concepts for highly engaging and compelling content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube.
Research conducted as necessary.
Create an appropriate tone to reach the target audience.
Create layouts and structures based on client needs.
Create an editorial calendar for posting.
Improving and adjusting copy based on reactions by readers on social media.
Using different writing styles to appeal to different demographics.
Converting marketing ideas into a hashtag, blog, or longer post for different social media networks.
Tracking and reporting on social media responses.
Collaborate on all social media creatives, including photography, video, and copywriting that’s uniquely tailored to the nuances of each social platform.
Skills Required:
Strong listening skills, so that you can understand what the client wants and effectively develop a project brief.
Excellent writing ability, including the ability to write in different styles and to other people's direction.
Good research and analytical skills to gain an accurate understanding of the subject in question.
