Without gratitude, every choice you ever made will always feel like the wrong choice.

Without gratitude, summers will always be too hot; winters will always be too cold. The music will always be too loud, the movie will always suck, the teenagers will always be too rude.

Without gratitude, people who vote or worship differently from you will always be monsters in your eyes. Without gratitude, you will always feel you were born into the wrong family. Without gratitude, the waitress will always be too slow, and you will always get the worst seat on the bus. Without gratitude, every driver on the road except you is an idiot.

Without gratitude, life is The Misery.

3) There is no peace without forgiveness

Yoga for flat tummy.

Things to know before doing yoga
1. Bowels should be 3 hours empty
2. No asana should be done in pain.
3. Do not hold your breath in high bp.
4. No backward bending in hernia.
5. No forward bending in back ache.

A set of 15 asanas (1 asana each Thursday)
1. tadasana (already explained)
2. Bhujangasana (already explained).

3. Ushtarasana (camel pose).......
4. Adho much svanasana (downward facing dog pose)......

Precautions : avoid practicing I high BP, detached retina, dislocated shoulder, weak eye capillaries, diahorrea. Pregnant women should consult a doctor before practicing.

How to do:
1. Stand on four limbs, such that your body forms a table like structure.
2. Exhale and gently lift your hips and straighten your elbows and knees. Your body should form an inverted 'V'
3. turn your gaze to navel.
4. Hold for few seconds and then bend your knees and return to the table position.

Benefits :1 strengthen abdominal muscles.
2. improves circulation
3. Improves digestion.
4. Tones the hand n feet.
5. Decreases anxiety.
6. Reduces belly fat.
