This page is set up by USAID supported VRIDDHI: Scaling Up RMNCH+A Interventions Project to encourage discussion of ideas, successes and challenges related to Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent health (RMNCH+A) interventions based on the RMNCH+A strategy of National Health Mission of India. We support this strategy which aims to ensure comprehensive and integrated health service

s to adolescents, mothers and children through a ‘continuum of care’ approach. We promote integrated service delivery at various life stages including adolescence, pre-pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal period, childhood and the entire reproductive age through evidence-based interventions shown to have maximum impact in reducing mortality and improving survival.
