Is your team running on coffee and deadlines? ☕️😩

We all know the feeling - you hit a wall at 3:00 PM.
You feel foggy, tired, and desperate for a sugar fix.

In the corporate world, we accept this as normal.
But it doesn't have to be.

The "Post-Lunch Slump" is a direct result of the disconnect between employee productivity and nutrition. A heavy lunch causes a blood sugar spike and crash that kills momentum.

Want to fix it? You don't need to ban carbs.
You just need to change the "order" of eating!

Learn how to energize your workforce in our latest guide: 🔗 https://www.nutritionmatters.co.in/post/employee-productivity-and-nutrition-3pm-crash

Why is 3 PM the most expensive hour of the workday? The 'Post-Lunch Slump' isn't laziness - it's biology. A heavy lunch triggers a glucose crash that kills focus. Discover the data-backed link between employee productivity and nutrition, and learn 3 simple strategies to 'bio-hack' your office for hi...

We’ve all been there.

You wake up, feeling optimistic.
You’ve been "good" all week.
You skipped the dessert,
you ate the veggies,
you drank the water.

You step on the scale,
expecting to see a lower number...

And it’s exactly the same.
Or worse, it’s up by 500 grams. 😫

It is the most defeating feeling in the world.
You start thinking, "Why bother? My metabolism is dead."

But here is the truth: Your body isn't trying to punish you.
It’s trying to protect you. When we have underlying hormonal imbalances - like high Cortisol or Insulin Resistance - our body perceives weight loss as a threat. It holds onto fat because it thinks there is a famine or a crisis.

You cannot force a stressed body to lose weight.
You have to make it feel safe first.

If you are stuck in this cycle, please read my new blog post. I explain the 3 signs that it’s your hormones (and not your lack of effort) blocking the scale.

"I have a confession… I ate rice yesterday." 🍚🤭

I hear this so often in my clinic.
Clients whisper it like they’ve committed a crime!

We have been conditioned to believe that to lose weight, we must say goodbye to Roti, Rice, and everything that makes Indian food comforting.

But here is the truth:
The Roti isn't the villain.
The Rice isn't the enemy.

The problem isn't the carb - it's what you are eating with it.

In my latest blog post, "The Roti & Rice Defense," I’m breaking down the science of Glycemic Index and sharing the 3 Rules to help you eat Ghar ka Khana and still drop the weight.

Stop torturing yourself with salads you hate.

Let’s be honest, how many of us have made a resolution to "lose 10kgs" starting Jan 1st, only to give up two weeks later? 🙋‍♀️

It’s not your fault. The problem is the "All-or-Nothing" mindset.

We treat health like a light switch - either we are starving ourselves on a strict diet, or we are off the wagon entirely.

This year, I want you to try something different.

I’ve written a new blog post specifically for anyone who is tired of the yo-yo dieting cycle. I talk about:

1. Why "Quitter's Day" happens.
2. How to fix your sleep to burn fat.
3. Why simple Ghar Ka Khana is better than any detox tea.

What a way to end the year! 400+ Happy Faces! ❤️✨

I recently had the honor of partnering with the Adani Group for their 'Grihalaxmi Utsav 2025' in Delhi.

Standing in front of 400+ women to talk about Health and Nutrition was an overwhelming and beautiful experience. We talked about everything - from managing weight while managing a home, to why "starving" is never the answer.

It is amazing to see big organizations like Adani creating platforms to celebrate and empower women.

Thank you to everyone who joined my session.
If you were there, drop a "❤️" in the comments!

Who else is guilty of the "Mungfali Mountain"? 🥜🙈

It’s Sunday afternoon, the sun is out, and the peanut shells are piling up! We call it "Timepass," but is it actually "Weight-Gain Pass"?

I know many of you stop eating peanuts in January because you think they are fattening. But as a dietitian, I’m here to tell you: Do NOT stop eating them!

In my new blog, I explain why Peanuts are actually a winter superfood—IF you eat them the right way.

I answer the top 3 questions:

Why is the red skin (unpeeled) better for your heart?

Do peanuts really increase cholesterol? (Spoiler: No!)

The "Closed Fist" rule to prevent weight gain.

Does "Spotting" between periods make you panic? 🩸📅

You are not alone. Many women experience irregular bleeding mid-cycle, and the first reaction is fear.

While you should always check with your gynecologist to rule out medical issues, often the cause is Nutritional.

If your body has high heat (Pitta) or low Progesterone levels, your uterine lining becomes unstable and "leaks."

I have written a detailed blog post on how simple additions to your diet - like Sesame Seeds, Bananas, and Gulkand - can help stop this nuisance bleeding.
