6 Things I’ve heard my clients say about

Here’s what I think really happens:
It’s not just fat first but a lot of other things that we do in the meal plans that have all of the above effects:
We do a 2 week mandatory with clients followed by higher fat plans, definitely slow carb if not low carb and we change the quality of proteins they consume based on their gut condition.
With some women, there’s also a whole lot of emotional cleansing that happens during our chats and the anti inflammatory foods further help this process.
People start morning rituals and start to pay attention to how their body responds to different foods and
Finally the supplements we prescribe play a big role in metabolizing food properly
There’s no denying the fact that Having fat first is better than fruits first cause the spike in your sugar levels first thing in the morning WILL make you crave more n more carbs all day long (THIS IS OBVIOUS AND NOT QUESTIONABLE)
Very rarely will it be the other way round...so if you don’t try it for yourself you’ll just never know!
If you’re going to do Fat first specially with desi ghee or org.butter or virgin coconut oil, PLEASE make sure you also make changes to the cooking oils you’re using at home! NO REFINED VEGETABLE OILS PLEASEEE! No peanut oil either 🙏🙏🙏
