Colostrum is also a rich source of non- specific proteins such as Thymosin a1 and Thymosin B4, Insulin and Insulin-like Growth Factor (IGF). Additionally, colostrum contains minerals, vitamins, proteins, amino acids, carbohydrates and fats.
Colostrum is richer in immune factors and growth factors when compared to normal milk. Thus it is a useful substance to enhance human health.
