Greetings!
All the delegates are requested to take note of the following:

1. The delegates are allowed to bring LAPTOPS/IPADs and MOBILE PHONES are allowed too.
2..The DRESS CODE is strictly formals.
Indian Formals OR Western Formals

Please note that any delegate who comes in casual wear, would not be allowed to take part in the MUN. (NO JEANS, TSHIRT and SPORT SHOES)

Delegates are requested to wear school shoes if they don't have formal shoes.

If a delegate does not have Formals , he/she can also come in the SCHOOL UNIFORM.

3 Delegates should maintain strict discipline inside their respective committees.

4. All logistical requirements will be met by the Secretariat.

5. No littering in the committee will be permissible.� Any committee found dirty after the break or during the proceedings...would immediately be suspended.

6. Stayback is scheduled for the 7th of August (Wednesday)�
Participants to be picked by parents on Wednesday Afternoon at 4:00 pm.�
Bus facility on Wednesday would be available only on skeletal routes... that cater to the Synchro.�Kindly check the details during break time on Monday on the second floor.��

7. To be brought by delegates:�
Water bottle�
Snacks for extended stay
�Charger for any electronic devices
