1. 🥦 Micronutrients include vitamins & minerals Vitamins A,D,E,K,C,B, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iodine, iron, selenium are vital for our well -being. Deficiency causes serious health problems.

2. 🫛Protein is very important macronutrient which should be include in ur each meal regularly to maintain blood sugar levels, to breakdown your body stubborn fat, to lose healthy weight, to build muscles, to boost immunity. It gives you satiety which improves your metabolism.

3. 🫘 Legumes should include in our diet regularly, it contains fibre, complex carbohydrates, protein, B vitamins. It improves digestive health, helps to lose weight, and lowers bad cholesterol levels and maintains blood sugar levels.

4.🌱 Mixings of protein cause bloating, acidity if we take all together. We get 9 essential amino acids through the natural diet but some proteins contain all 9 essential amino acids and some proteins don't, so if we eat proteins together the body is not able to digest all proteins. Protein digestibility depends on the biological value of the protein of the food group.
