Vegetarians rejoice! A melt in your mouth veg kabab recipe with medley of curd, oats and paneer, coated in oats powder and fried until golden to perfection. So simple and easy to make and tastes just divine.

Ingredients of Oats Dahi Kabab
✅For outer coating
-1 cup Hung Curd
-3/4 cup Oats Powder
-to taste Black Pepper
-2 tsp Chopped green chilies
-1 tsp Garam Masala
-Salt to taste
-2 tsp Chopped cilantro
✅For stuffing
-1 cup Grated Paneer
-1 tsp Chat masala
-Salt to taste
-Pinch of sugar
-1 tsp Garam Masala
-2 tsp Raisins
-2 tsp Cashew Nuts

How to Make Oats Dahi Kabab?
✅Take hung curd in a bowl, add salt, chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala, green chillies, coriander, and mix well. Now, add oats powder and mix again.
✅For Stuffing: Take a separate bowl, add raisins, cashew nuts, grated paneer, chaat masala, pinch of sugar and garam masala along with salt.
✅To make the dough, mix all the ingredients mentioned in the first step. Now, pull out tiny round pieces from the dough and fill it with the stuffing mixture (second step). Roll the kebabs properly.
✅Fry the round pieces in a Tawa until golden brown. You can also shallow fry the kebabs instead of deep frying.
✅Sprinkle some chaat masala over the top and serve the hot oats dahi kebabs with mint chutney and enjoy!

Soup puts the heart at ease, calms down the violence of hunger, eliminates the tension of the day, and awakens and refines the appetite. Also having hot soup on cold days is cherry on cake.

INGREDIENTS
250 gram Mushrooms
½ cup Finely Chopped Onions
½ tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
1 bay leaf
1 cup water
1 cup milk whole or full fat
1 tbsp cream ( can use 25% to 30% fat )
2 tbsp Butter
1 to 2 tsp freshly chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
✅ Melt butter in a pan. Add bay leaf and saute for 2-3 seconds. Add finely chopped onions and garlic.
✅ Saute till the onions soften.
✅ Add sliced or chopped mushrooms and saute till the mushrooms start to release water.
✅ Saute till mushrooms turn light golden.
✅ Add freshly crushed black pepper.
✅ Add water first followed by milk.
✅ Stir well and season with salt.
✅ On medium-low flame, cook the soup.
✅ After 4-5 minutes, add the cream and chopped parsley.
✅ Simmer the flame and cook for 1-2 minutes and stir well.
✅ Switch off the flame and pour the soup into individual serving bowls.
✅ Garnish this with parsley or coriander.

It has been an amazing weight loss journey so far for me. During the birth of my son, I had gained more than 25 Kgs, I used to feel pretty depressed as nothing would fit in.. then I got to know about Dt. Bhavya from Instafitness from one of my friend who had transformed amazingly after going through this Keto weight 🥗 loss program.

I used to have high levels of sugar my hbA1c was 11.5 which ended to 7.5 by the end of my journey, I could also manage to lose from 117 kgs to 92 kgs within 6 months. I am very happy to share that i lost 25 kgs with Instafitness in 7 months. All thanks to Rekha and Saurabh.
After delivering my baby , I started to settle everything as it was before then one day I realized that rest everything was on track apart from my health and weight.
So I contacted Saurabh he introduced me to Rekha and their InstaFitness transformation program. I was excited for this program and instantly said yes for it.
I did not meet Rekha or Saurabh because of the trust which I have in them, we had a word over the call .

Avocado Raita
Avocado Raita is an easy and healthy raita recipe made with yogurt (curd), avocado, and some spices.

Ingredients
1 medium ripe avocado (about ½ cup pulp)
1 cup yogurt (or greek yogurt), whisked till smooth
2 tablespoons onion
2 tablespoons tomato
2 tablespoons cucumber
1 green chili finely chopped
2 tablespoons coriander leaves
½ teaspoon roasted cumin (jeera) powder
½ teaspoon chat masala
1 teaspoon lime juice
salt to taste

Instructions
Using your knife, cut around the seed and twist, which will separate them into two halves. Using a spoon scoop out the flesh.
In a mixing bowl, use a fork or a potato masher to mash the avocados to nearly smooth. Then add the whisked yogurt.
Add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilies, lime juice, coriander, spices like roasted jeera powder, chat masala powder, and salt. Mix it very well. Serve it immediately or chilled.

I gained some weight after 2 kids but a time came when it gradually started to increase unreasonably. I realized that I did suffer from PCOS before marriage, which couldn't get cured even after many treatments. Its drastic impact on body weight started to show up now.

One of my cousins told me about InstaFitness for natural weight loss and treating my PCOS symptoms, complications and hormonal imbalance through their diet, exercise and lifestyle solutions. Instructions

Cook Broccoli:
In Instant Pot - Steaming perfectly tender broccoli in an Instant pot is a breeze. Look at the detailed recipe for Steaming Broccoli in Instant Pot.

On Stovetop Pot - In a large covered pot, cook broccoli in a small amount of boiling water for about 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Then transfer it to a paper towel-lined bowl to fully dry.

Make Dressing:
Meanwhile, In a large bowl, whisk to combine greek yogurt, lemon juice or vinegar, salt, pepper, and dill leaves. Set aside.

Toss:
Then add the cooked broccoli, pumpkin seeds into the dressing and toss well until evenly coated.
Refrigerate this salad for at least 1 hour so that broccoli gets a chance to soak in some of the dressing and adds more flavor to the salad!"
