For many people with back pain or neck pain, the prospect of a long trip can be daunting. The seats in cars, airplanes, buses, and trains aren’t always comfortable, and sitting still for an extended time can aggravate painful areas in the back and neck.

POWER OF POSTURE STRETCHES PART 3 OF 3: SINGLE LEG SQUAT
The "Chair Squat" is a great beginner exercise for helping you learn how to do the "Squat", one of the best lower body exercises to increase resiliency in your legs Most of us may find this exercise difficult to pull off BUT demonstrates an easy to perform variation while sitting on the SitSmart Posture Core.
You're basically working from the hip, knee, on up, and then sitting down. Single leg squats help target your glutes, hips and quad muscles. This exercise is great for building mobility, as well as improving your balance and stability!
Now you have no excuse to not stretch at the office.

POWER OF POSTURE STRETCHES PART 1 OF 3: ACTIVATE YOUR CORE
If you are hunched forward all day long, get easily distracted and you're looking for a way to fit in some movemens one is for you. Here's a simple tutorial to stretch your core with ; fitness coach. This intense stretch is performed while sitting on the SitSmart Posture Core because it's curved back allows for dynamic stretching specifically for your core muscles.
It only takes a few minutes to do some simple stretches at your desk but it can make a world of difference to how your body feels at the end of the day.
